Registering with Yellowknife Skating Club
Whether you're new to the club or returning for another season, this page will guide you through the registration process,
program selection, fees, and where to find important parent resources.
About Our Programming
The Yellowknife Skating Club offers a variety of Skate Canada sanctioned programs designed for all ages and skill levels, from first time skaters to experienced athletes.

Each program is designed to help skaters progress at their own pace in a supportive, structured environment.
Create an Account
Before registering, you’ll need to create a Uplifter account (if you don’t already have one).
This account will allow you to:

Register skaters

Manage payments
Click “Login” in the top right corner of the page, or select “Create Account” from the menu on the left to get started.
How to Register

Click “Register Here” on the top of the page.

Browse the list of available programs.

Select the program that best fits your skater.

Complete your registration and payment online.

Registering more than one skater or signing up for multiple programs?
→ Click “Register More Programs” before checking out.
Payment Plan & Fees

All program fees are displayed during the registration process.

Payment plans may be available for select programs. You can choose a plan option during checkout if offered.

Any applicable admin or processing fees will also be shown before confirming your registration.
Skate Canada Membership Fee

A $65.61 annual Skate Canada membership fee is added to each skater’s first registration of the season.

This fee is non-refundable and is required for all skaters in Skate Canada–sanctioned programs.

It covers insurance, membership, and access to national programming (valid from September 1 to August 31).
